The Path Finder Program is designed to teach business people the power of the VCG’s Business Process Transformation Framework which enables best in class business process management initiatives within industry. You will learn the basics and begin to incorporate the Integrated Continuous Improvement Methodology within your company, or practice.  Path Finder Program Sessions are delivered virtually, recorded and archived for you.

Discovery Workshop
The VCG Discovery Workshop if a face-to-face meeting featuring the Value Reference Model (VRM) which is the cornerstone of the organization’s worldwide activities. VRM is instituted to share and develop Value Chain perspectives, strategies and best practices among VCG members.

Value chain reference models are now the leading edge for globally competitive companies who want to identify and integrate improvements to optimize processes across all business domains. At this briefing you will learn the fundamentals of value chain analysis and how the VRM is applied to a variety of new product development and business problems.
